Legacy of Communities
The Smitek family has dedicated over 30 years to the creation of upscale communities within Avon. The neighborhoods that we have envisioned, designed and delivered appeal to a broad range of lifestyles and budgets - from large, diverse recreation-centered communities to small, quiet enclaves. They include: Highland Park; The Fields of Avon; Hunters Woods; Kenwyn Village and Bristol Point.
Beyond those communities, Carmel at Stonebridge (sold to King James Group) and Creek View (sold to Bennett Builders) were the result of the Smitek family’s vision.
Each community is unique – reflecting the era, location, price range and differing community standards.
